Grandpa Bill (aka Grandpa Shark) and Grandma Debbie are in town for a few days, to tickle the baby and take pics and do other grandparent stuff.

The Ponce de Leons came over yesterday to celebrate the 4th, and with them was their super cute little girl, Sofia. This was Liam's first exposure to a woman from his age group, and as far as first encounters go, it was pretty much par for the course -- Liam was a little gassy, and Sofia was a little sleepy.



This photo was taken after Liam pooped his pants in a very loud and public way. Guess we still have a thing or two to learn about proper date etiquette.

One week old!

Liam just passed the one-week mark, and is still going strong. He's actually turned into an eating machine; you can see the gruesome aftermath of one of his feedings here:
